Meet the Founder

Meet Octavia Quarles

Octavia Quarles is the founder and president of Vital Care Services Inc. She is a healthcare administrator, educator, Certified Nursing Assistant, and American Red Cross CPR and Basic Life Support instructor. She is also completing professional birth doula certification.

Drawing from her experience in healthcare, education, and community service, Octavia created Vital Care Services Inc. to provide practical education and compassionate support that help families feel safer, stronger, and better prepared.

Supporting Safer, Healthier Families

Vital Care Services Inc. provides compassionate health education, emergency preparedness training, and maternal and family support services throughout the Memphis community.

Our services include Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, birth doula support, baby-safety education, and community outreach initiatives. We are committed to helping individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and organizations feel informed, supported, and prepared.

Student Agreement and Policy Acknowledgment

By registering for a CPR or BLS class with Vital Care Services Inc., I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I understand that I must pay for my class before scheduling a date and time.

  2. After payment, I must click the “Request a Class” tab to schedule my class.

  3. If I would like a hybrid class option, I will indicate this in the notes section when registering.

  4. I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds.

  5. I understand that if I do not show up for my scheduled class, I will not receive a refund.

  6. I understand that I must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my class.

  7. I understand that if I do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, I will be charged a $50.00 rescheduling fee.

By registering for this class, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these policies.
